Amazing location in the south beach . Staff are nice specially the front lady in the reception while checking in I don’t remember her name unfortunately . They have a house car for nearby destinations.
When you talk about a 5 star resort that’s not a definition of it . Facilities are limited the most basic thing there is no Jacuzzi .Shower place is so so small . No mirror in the room . Lighting problems . Expected much better from the resort to be honest.

Check in was stressful. They did not provide the room as pictured on the website. The room had no closet space, the balcony was 4 feet by 4 feet. They charged me extra money to get a room that still was not the same as the one that was booked. They blamed the third party (you).I would not go back.
