Location, very clean room, friendly staff, easy check in and out process
The head shower changing options was not working, so instead of a full rain shower it was more like a firefighter hose.

Large refrigerator and stove. And size of room.
No internet in rooms only wifi. And not letting us know during booking that they have only valet parking and the price.

Loved how close to the beach and having a kitchenette and a balcony was amazing to have.
Parking is a nightmare, you are basically required to pay for valet parking and it takes them about 30 minutes to pull the car around. Valet staff are also rude they will rush you out the way regardless or what you’re doing. I had 2 smalls kids and quite a few bags and they were yelling at me. There are no unloading and loading zones so I didn’t have another choice. Pool bar side was extremely slow, they have one person working the pool side bar and she is the slowest person I’ve met. 20 minutes just to get her to take our order and there were only 2 of us at the bar during that time.
