Amazing location and great services.
The hotel is old and looks it, but they’ve renovated the rooms and they are spic and span. Daily housecleaning is excellent and prompt. Facilities are FULL SERVICE and not expected for the excellent location. Positively delighted by the experience.
Being nit picky but a microwave would have been a good addition.

For this price in NYC, you can't really ask for much more. This hotel is located right on Broadway in a very safe area with restaurants and stores all over. There is a parking garage less than two blocks away that the hotel offers a discount to. The room was clean and a lot larger than I expected for the city as well. Beds were very comfortable as well!
The hotel is severely outdated and could use some repair, but that really didn't have any effect on our stay. We did find one cockroach in our room which gave us a moment of alarm but the room was quite clean and there were no other signs of any other "tenants" in the room with us. Also, for review sake, my one nitpick would be that we did wish there was a mini fridge in the room.

Great weekend stay, hotel staff wonderful, the reception manager made sure my request was met and everyone is really courteous and kind. Close to subway and in an area with restaurants and taxis. Walking distance to Central Park. Our stay was lovely

Good location if staying over for a NewYork city break. Close to subway station with a short ride into central stations.
Bedding & towels replenished daily.
Property is so dated. Bedroom interior needs serious attention. Paintwork peeling off walls in places, cracked tile in the shower. Taps ( for using the shower) unmounted from the walls.
Loud traffic noise throughout the night from Our street facing bedroom. The blinds and the windows were absolutely filthy.
The young man on reception who checked us in asked for proof of ID and that was it, didn’t greet us, didn’t tell us any information regarding the hotel, not even our room number, I had to ask him to verify it because I was unsure of his handwriting.
