The young man at the front desk was so kind and helpful

The location was decent, especially if you enjoy walking. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the museums. The bed and linens were comfortable.
The hotel feels very outdated. Unfortunately, our bathroom was not cleaned properly—we found old soap under the sink cabinet and hair on the bathroom floor. The reception staff also rarely smiled or greeted guests, which made the overall experience feel less welcoming.
