Updated clean, historic hotel in good location. The staff was exceptional. Very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast included was absolutely excellent. We were able to order off a delicious menu.
The room was small. The restaurant was closed except for breakfast. The staff told us that the restaurant and bar would be reopening for soon, but that did not help us. The parking garage was one to two blocks away.

Old hotel.
Rooms need a bit of updating. Bar not set up for evening business.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the dining area was good, and waitress was friendly. Good location near TD Garden.
The price, at >$650 including taxes, for 1 night, was shocking, and not justified. At that price, at least breakfast should have been included.
And also disappointing was the free coffee in the lobby, which was barely lukewarm and therefore undrinkable.
