Liked the 2nd floor to fill up on beverages and sometimes you would get snacks in the afternoon. Staff at front desk were very friendly.
Housekeeping did not fill up body wash on one of the times she came in, otherwise she did a good job. It would have been nice to get shower caps replenished every time she came in to clean.

Room size is adequate, clean, functional. Staffs very friendly.
Our room's toilet is so close to the shower that made using it uncomfortable.

If breakfast was offered, we were not made aware of it.
The non-cancellation requirement was constrictive when our family’s plans changed. Since we would have lost all our money we had to work around a situation that made me not want to use booking.com again. There was no flexibility offered to us.

Walking distance to Empire State, Times Square, Penn Station, MOMA etc. Ideal for a city stay. A good burger bar for a late bite.
Building work further along the street but staff were able to accommodate us in quieter room.
