Great location on South beach. Good beach setup.
Incredibly expensive for what it was. Small rooms, smaller bathrooms, and the gym is very small and tight. Hotel itself can use an update, lobby seems old and it’s not very comfortable. Pool tool. I think they’d benefit from a refurbishment everywhere.

Bed and beach access
Got the room late which is ridiculous considering the price and that checkout time is 4pm I got there close to 5 and room wasn’t ready that’s just unacceptable

The beach
Carpets in the bedrooms. They sold me a king size bed. I slept in a queen one.
Service at the room was scheduled in the afternoon.
