Location and spaciousness of room and bathroom. Room was well lit. Staff were great. Amenities were working. View of hills was desirable. Coffee machine and coffee were great. The staff were friendly. Housekeeping was good. The quality of towels, sheets and pillows were good. No smell. Room could be cleaner. Great air conditioning. Passages were clean too. The bathroom had only one rail. The curtain in there was not smelly, but it was old. Bathroom mirrors were lovely. Toilet paper was rough. No liquid shower gel, Shampoo and conditioner!!!! They gave them in small plastic bottles !!! Why ?!!!! No cups and glasses in the room. Only plastic and paper cups !!!! Worst of all - no recycling facilities. No bins anywhere in site. Entrances were not automatic doors !!!
Please take care of the environment. It’s urgent!!!
No recycling facilities. No liquid gel, shampoo and conditioner dispensers!!! Unheard of in a facility of this size. 😡

It was close to the venue. I was seeing a concert in.
I didn’t like that there was a motorcycle gang gathering with a loud music amp system outside my window. I purchased the room to rest after a long travel and before a concert. That did not work out. I was not impressed.
