good location near football stadium, nice breakfast, good absorbant towels. ADA parking nearby.
Did not realize this was a pet hotel - and pets can stay t/o the hotel. We had to switch rooms from a barking dog next door. Many curtains are ripped, including in the lobby and in both of our hotel rooms. We also had a leaky faucet. The air monitor did not work.

Location to the college was great.
The bathroom had mold in it. Cracks in tiles and the walls were dirty. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable.
At breakfast there was no one emptying garbages so they were overflowing. The juices were so watered down it was basically water.
