I would say everything, check in, check out, very easy. Room was clean and comfy. Pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Oh yes, and the price was right
the tv remote probably needed new batteries, did not operate well. but hey if thats the worst problem I had. Heck I can't even say that was a problem. I am very happy with the Azure hotel.

The property was good. Liked the secureness of was of the property and doors, staff was ok.
But the shower had mold in the caulk. The parking was a small parking lot. Room service was ok but not as nice as hopped and the $20 min requirement was dumb!!

The location was great. It's a great stay if you're only there to relax from the heat or sleep at night. Mesa/phoenix area has a lot of things to keep you occupied.
Pool could have been cleaner. Breakfast could have been better with more options.
