The room looked as if it had just been decorated. Very friendly staff when I went down for some tea bags. Location was great for an event we had to attend on Saturday. Next door to a very good Indian restaurant.
The heating was very noisy when it came on in the night. Otherwise, all good.

Great location walking distance to the beach.
Little cottage was very convenient.
lots of activities to do on the property with kids, parc, basketball, pool, giant chess game...
There was a cottage next to us where a bunch of teenager and adults were having party, music, drinking and talking loud during all day.
