Crowne Plaza Kitchener-Waterloo by IHG

Comfortable bed , nice to have both fridge and microwave , Aqua restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast ! Menu options for dinner were good at a reasonable price and the free breakfast buffet was awesome ! The hotel and restaurant staff were great !

Room was always cold , HVAC controls had no effect on temperature. We were given a room on the same floor as some kind of kids tournament , very noisy but was okay later on in the day. The smell of chlorine in the lobby and restaurant area was almost too much ! Better ventilation to the outside is required , we could even smell it on the fourth floor at the elevators ! The shower worked poorly and both shampoo and conditioner bottles contained shampoo . The TV channel options were only so-so .

Cleanliness and friendly staff

Parking fees should have been charged for two night stay not three days.

Excellent location, big beautiful room, and fantastic breakfast.

Ice machine didn't work and there was no heat, as they still had the air conditioning on in the middle of October. Also not great for people with mobility issues

staff were pleasant

Front lobby stinks of chlorine. Decor is appalling and very dated. Room was comfortable but there was no heating so i couldn't sleep because I was freezing. Hot water took 5 minutes (I timed it)running before it started to get hot and it wasn't very hot.
