Good place to stay if you are visiting Grand Canyon.
Clean and comfortable
Only one elevator for the whole hotel.
Pretty pricey for not such super luxury place.
Breakfast was ok. Need it to wait for coffee and never got it.

Bar staff was excellent. New to bar tending , but made up for it being present and willing to accomodate.
Coffee in the lobby at our departure was not ready. The lady from the kitchen seemed a bit put out that we asked for coffee!

The looks of an old ranchhouse.
Overpriced, low service. The entire village is kind if a ripoff. As the restaurant was closed for lunch, they recommended us a place nearby, which was definitely in my top ten of worst restaurants ever eaten at.
