The breakfast was GREAT!
There were shoes under the bed from the previous guests.

It is a simple Motel. Nothing fancy. It worked for the price. The only reason I choose this motel was for the price. The bed was comfortable. Decent shower. The water was hot. TV worked. Some areas need some work. No breakfast. No issues with the internet for me. The parking area was well lit. It seemed pretty clean. Pool and hot tub were working and seemed clean but I did not get in either. Many mentioned homeless people around. I did not see any. Traffic is loud in the front but the back side is quit. I would stay on an upper level. the location is good.
It seems that some areas are falling apart. The rooms were fine but some area of the hotel seemed in need of attention. I would not affect my willingness to stay there again. It is a simple hotel, nothing fancy. Stay for the price not because it is fancy. You have to pay more for a room with a refrigerator. They did not make me pay a deposit.

When I came into the office, I was already having a really hard day, it was extremely hot, but the manager still attempted to make me laugh, and although It didnt register, it was the sincerity I felt from him, like when someone knows your dealing with alot. He checked us in and even gave a courteous 30 minute late check out. And honestly I enjoyed my room with my family.
Some of the other guests standing outside my door having conversations loud, but I mean its a hotel lol

Comfortable enough room and parking was easy. Staff were polite and check in was simple.
It sounded like somebody was rearranging the entire room nearly ALL NIGHT above me. It seriously sounded like construction was going on -- and this was all night long. The walls must be paper thin. Additionally, the water coming out of the sink had a foul stench.
