Cleanliness was wonderful, the best was a little lumpy. The staff was amazingly polite and so friendly. Three floors tall, thank god I was on the first floor as there is no elevator. Amazing amazing location.
There was a soft spot on the floor which was weird and creepy. There were no elevators for three floors. There is a huge window in the front of your room which on the ground floor was a little scary.

Very clean and friendly staff
There were no complaints at all!

It was clean and spacious. Location was great with shopping center and restaurants nearby and easy trip to wedding venue. Staff were helpful and friendly
Bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Coffee, shampoo, conditioner and soap available but no other amenities. Tea was available at reception but no way to make a cup of tea in the room. Asked for toothbrush at front desk and they wanted $6 for a disposable toothbrush - ridiculous!

I liked the comfort of the bed and accessibility to restaurants and event venue.
Service and attention. I was unable to get good rest for the second night due to a chirping sound of smoke alarm that went on for more than 3hours:(
