Very friendly and efficient staff and a great location to watch the otters and eagles in the cove.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room but the staff were happy to make it for you. The rooms were clean and tidy but you could hear the people in the rooms above and attached to your room.

Such a beautiful location. The room was pretty with lots of windows. We watched the lunar eclipse from the bed. The onsite restaurant could make anything in the menu gluten free.
Everything was awesome.

The view, the location, the food, the staff.
The bedroom was not what we expected. We paid for a deluxe queen and it was far from that. No seating other than a futon that had to be moved out from the wall as you kept hitting your head. Furnishings were well worn and no comfortable place to sit. No coffeemaker in the room for those of us who rise early and no provision for that in the lobby either. The bathroom needed a professional paint job.
