We thought breakfast was included when we booked but was informed it was extra when we checked in
How the booking is done, it states breakfast was included but it wasn't when you click tobpay it then comes up as extra. Seems deceitful

Location and ease of check in
The sheets and bedding has gotten so cheap from the last time we stayed. Bed was not very comfortable.

It was convenient and close to everything.
If you sit at the end of the beds, they lift forward as if bed rails were loose. I also think that breakfast should have been included with the money I spent.

Double price for my second d night said was home coming I understood it was not why paid to much money and they have many room empty. Is very disappointed as I just visited my granddaughter we was coming from clinic appointment in Mayo Clinic Jacksonville and we stayed in Hilton Hapton inn by Mayo Clinic.
My room was next to cleaning supplies a lot of early noise and late night.
