Location was suitable for us. Staff kind and we had a quick check in.
Breakfast was good.
Bed comfortable and nice with a suite.
Overall the room was in need of an upgrade.
Funitures were worn out. The sofa bed was very dirty on its back- and seat cushions.
We had an accessible suite, but there was no bench to sit on in the tub.
A room that can sleep 4 people, but only had 2 dining chairs.

Breakfast was underwhelming. Not a great selection or tasting.
The suites were not cleaned properly at all. Come prepared to do your own cleaning.
