Hampton Inn Tampa-Rocky Point

It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Most important, it was quiet. Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly.

Great location and excellent staff

Very good location close to the airport and the cruise port. The shuttle service was excellent.

The shampoo was out in our bathroom.

Breakfast was excellent but the breakfast area and lobby looked old.

Looked at three rooms, and all three had poor air quality and smelled of older carpeting. When I asked hotel front desk person about this, I was told "smells like a hotel room." Being the hotel brokerage business, I was blown away with this comment. The hotel is due for a refresh and a deep cleaning of the carpets and room ACs. Breakfast was excellent but the breakfast area and lobby looked old. I booked a Hampton Inn thinking the product would have been excellent associated with the franchise. I am surprised Hilton allows this level of poor or old physical condition.
