Close to Downtown Disney and reasonable parking prices
The AC does not have moveable vents to direct the air so it was blowing cold air on my back.

Both night front desk agents that helped me were such a pleasure to deal with. Comfortable banter at check-in, good area tips, and really just polite as they could be. I was very appreciative of their kindness. The room was quite clean, and the comfort level was equivalent to the cost.
The two downsides to our stay were very thin blankets (no comforter) and prepare for a non digital TV, so no Netflix or YouTube, casting or otherwise.

Nearby Disneyland and a good places to eat.
Quiet and secluded but not isolated.
When checking bathrooms need to add it necessary more toilet paper and take away used towels.

The close proximity to the Disney parks
Noisy, stains on towels and bedding. Noises from next door neighbors of cockroaches running around
