Price was definitely right. Clean, free breakfast, metro is pretty much walking distance. Bus stops are relatively close too.
Their parking lot is rather small and gets filled rather easily on a weekend, though there is a small overflow parking in the back so that works.

The location is fantastic—convenient to transit, parks, and great food—and the breakfast was amazing. Facilities were clean and the shower was nice, though water leaks easily across the bathroom floor and there are no towel hooks or clothing storage. Check-in was slow, staff service was average, and parking is tight. Also, be mindful of the mini-fridge: upon arrival it was overheating in the enclosed cupboard, as the fridge door was left open.
Parking is busy and limited.
Bathroom: Nice shower, but water floods the bathroom easily. Missing towel hooks.
Room Layout: No clothing storage. The mini-fridge was overheating in its closed cabinet upon arrival (opening/adjusting the cabinet door fixed the airflow).

It was yurt and we enjoyed the breakfast.
There are a number of small steeps (trips) around the building that could cause problems for those with mobility issues.

The location is great. It’s easy to get around, and it’s very close to the stadium and the surrounding areas.
Room 120: There is no door for the shower, so when you take a shower, the bathroom floor get wet as well. The toilet is separated in a small room. Besides that, it doesn’t have grilles or return air to help with ventilation. There is only one AC unit and one general return air. In conclusion, I didn’t feel comfortable.
The breakfast buffet needs some fruit added. Otherwise, everything is fine, and the regular menu is okay
