Good location
Desk clerk called a damage deposit a “sur charge” because I booked with booking.com. It’s not a “sur charge”, it’s a damage deposit! Staff needs to learn Correct terminology.

Conveniently located, decent parking, very clean.
It is a bit run down, and they are in the midst of a renovation so hopefully soon this won’t be an issue. There was also some sort of compressor/pump noise that was pretty loud right below our room at random times, and it was beside an elevator. These did not keep us up, but was a bit disappointing due to the level of the noise. There are definitely many other rooms in the hotel that are much more quiet, so for most this wouldn’t even be an issue.

Breakfast was good.
The bed had a big dip in it.
There was no hot water for a shower.
The smoke detectors in the hallway were covered.
