Colonial Inn

Ok. Meager

Room not facing pool. Little girls screaming was annoying

My room perfectly matched my requirements during my stay. The hot breakfast options were fresh daily and very tasty. The hotel is located in a great location, and within walking distance to plenty of restaurant and shopping centers. The pool area was well maintained and very clean. I also appreciated the housekeeping staff, they were very professional, and polite. The few times during my stay they refreshed my room, they demonstrated their proficiency and respect for my personal belongings, making the room like new very quickly. The front desk staff was also very professional, their knowledge of the city, ability to provide direction and recommendations was accurate and concise. From check in to check out they displayed professionalism and great customer service. I was also pleasantly surprised with the security measures they had in place. with interior and exterior surveillance and proximity card access on exterior doors.

I was very satisfied with my stay. Nothing negative comes to mind.

Everything was good. Toilets are low for people with joint issues and the couch beside bed should have a small table between.

Very disappointed in the hot tub. We stayed specifically because there was a hot tub. The water was warm at best, jets barely worked. Water in sink inbl room started coming out dark brown for a few seconds.
