Property is new and looks look it. Pool and whirlpool are nice and fun, with great hours (5:00am until 10:00pm). Location is good, wthin walking distance of Downtown and the Strip District, a couple blocks from the train station., and across the street from the Heinz History Center.
Breakfast selection was underwhelming. Was odd that an employee spent an inordinate amount of time in the pool bathroom.

The location was convenient.
Parking is limited. Especially if you have an electric vehicle that you need to charge. There are only 2 spots that you have to pay for.
