The room was very clean. There was some stains on the curtains up high
We did not get check out instructions in our email the day we checked in nor the day we checked out.
We went down to the front desk where the staff member at the counter told us to place our room keys in a drop box on the counter. When we got to the parking garage we did not have our room keys because the staff member told us to place them in the box. We needed them to leave the parking garage. So we had to pay to leave the garage and then paid again for parking with our incidentals charge. $74 for parking.
I’d appreciate if someone reading this looked into it and could return one of the $37 charges for parking.

Always so nice and clean, the staff are kind and helpful.
The bed was a little worn, I sunk into a hole? Not so much a hole but a bed that has been used a lot.

Location is everything on this hotel, and its proximity to convention centers and restaurants was unmatched.
There were two major things. The rooms, although clean, are in a state of disrepair and need maintenance. It’s more of what you’d experience at a motel.
Second is the parking. Not only is it very expensive to park there, the chances of finding a spot may be next to zero and full size trucks are almost not an option.
