We like being at the water, overlooking from our room. The staff is helpful and professional. Valet parking was great. The open shower was nice.
There was HVAC noise in our room #811 that didn't keep us up but was enough to notice. The lighting in the bath needed another can above the sink. The two wall lamps either side of the sink seemed insufficient.

The amenities, the fire pit, hot tub and location.
Lack of give a care from young lady working at the Azure restaurant on Saturday morning. She was the hostess, American Caucasian young ladypresented like she did not want to be there. She most definitely made my stay worst not better.

Great location. Staff is excellent. Bartender has been there every time we have visited and he's great.
Shower head is terrible. Bathroom door doesnt open all the way due to toilet being in the way. Plus toilet was loose due to door hitting it. Shampoo, conditioner, bath wash provided was not very good. Hilton provides the best.

Location and front desk staff and tiki bartenders were great, very friendly.
Feels like it needs a refresh… mold on the ceilings in the rooms. Outdated, musty smells.
