Everything was excellent. The staff were very polite, and check-in was easy. The room was renovated, bright, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with a lovely, exceptionally clean bathroom. I appreciated the extra amenities, including water and tea. Being able to park right outside my room was also very convenient. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at during my trip across Canada. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
The coffee machine was a little awkward to use, but this was only a minor inconvenience. Everything else was excellent.

Clean and cable TV
We had single beds. My bed kept moving whenever I sat up. When we mentioned that to the front desk, the gentleman there told us to look for a lock in the wheels at the bottom. We could not do that, and I found that annoying.

The people
Had to go up stairs to get to room, tv didn’t work, towels well if you call those towels, squeaky floors and bathroom door. No glasses to use and asked but they ran out?
