hotel appearance great; staff very good; room very nice; beds comfy, quilts fabulous, breakfast good, pool area very nice. wifi speed very good.
TV system useless/confusing/irritating/ we gave up on it! glad we brought our tablets! TV system needs to be trashed/replaced for a USER FRIENDLY system!

It was clean and the room was big. The kids enjoyed the pool and the waterslide.
On weekdays, the breakfast closes at 8:30 am. It's not really a vacation if I have to get up that early for breakfast.
