I loved the location and the restaurant on the location. They have great food and our server was helpful and friendly. The hotel employees at the front desk and door were friendly, helpful and responded with smiles. It was a pleasure to feel they cared about you and your stay.
The cleaning employees need to be retrained or take their jobs seriously and with pride. The room was not cleaned well; there wasn't any bath soap it was empty and I was thankful I brought my own. We requested our sheets be changed once, and they never were any day during our stay. The cleaning staff was very unprofessional and did not do their job. They talked to each other more than clean. I had to go to the front desk to get some coffee and cups. There was a coffee stick on the floor when we arrived and stayed until we left.

We all commented on how amazing the location was for our trip, central to everything we wanted to do. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Maintenance was able to come up and fix stuff almost immediately. Such a beautiful hotel.
Balcony was not as fancy as I was thinking.

Employees were courteous and helpful.
Cleanliness, water leaking from ceiling in the lobby. Window in dining room had dead bugs and flies on the ledge next to the table for 3 days.
Bathroom had mold in shower. I expected more for the nightly rate.
