No convenient store, gift shop; Picture Windows were not cleaned on the outside, so view to outside was not clear; toilet did not flush easily; No Clock in the rooms.

We keep coming back to his hotel because it is neat, nice and clean. All the staffs are very helpful and very friendly especially the shuttle driver named Lorenzo, he was so kind and he helped us with our luggages he does not want us to struggle because we have so many things with us and 3 kids. I appreciate his help so much.

Pool was open late. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good
Hot tub wasn't working. No laundry facilities available for us to wash uniforms. No two bed anywhere, directions as to which doubletree booked at was very very confusing
