Clean rooms
Breakfast wasn’t well stocked and there weren’t even that many people. Empty trays that were never filled with still 45 min left of time. Coffee was empty all late morning over in the lobby. the staff said it would be a half hour but it never was refilled before I had to leave. I asked for towels around 10pm one evening, but never received them.
No refrigerator in my room.

The lobby was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was good
We booked a room with a fridge and they didn't have one. They refused to do anything to compensate for it either. Management was rude
