Nice property and conveniently located across the street from the Texas Medical Center. The staff were very attentive and helpful.
It was a little challenging to find the entrance to the parking garage. Perhaps additional signage could help. Our room and other areas were great.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly helpful knowledgeable staff. Perfect location. Lots of onsite amenities. Walking distance to restaurants and stores.

The rooms are always clean, the staff is amazing and I like that I don’t have to leave if I get hungry. There’s food served onsite and the food is always enjoyable.
It just seems like management has given up on some areas of this hotel. The rooftop pool and bar are amazing but seem unkept most of the time. Maybe this is seasonal, but it’s such a nice area to neglect.

I selected the hotel that displayed the best amenities online. However upon arrival when I went to the rooftop area there was Noone in sight that worked there that could prepare a drink or order food from. There were several people that were interested in drinking at the bar and ordering
Food. I sat for almost 2 hours and Noone ever showed up to work the bar area. I was very disappointed.
The lack of concern and visual appearance by staff. I did not see 1 staff person the entire time we sat by the pool.
