I was travelling solo and I didn't want to walk the streets so I had a wonderful lunch and cheeky cocktail in the restaurant both were delicious then the lovely reception lady gave me a card so I could sit by the pool until my room was ready. I also loved the tower of ducks in the reception area and the story behind it. I loved the free shuttle to the cruise terminal as well.
The elevator in reception was not working whilst some one carried my bags up the stairs nobody helped me get it down the stair

Cleanliness and comfort of beds. The room was fine.
The lighting in the room was horrible. I could not read my book or see anything to do paperwork. Very dark so made it dreary. Only one waitress on duty in the cafe. She was very kind and efficient but had no help whatsoever while men in suits just stood around watching. Very much understaffed!
