The house was perfect, it had everything we needed for a great stay. With a parking space and being a short stroll into the city centre, it made for the perfect location. Communication from the hosts was great and were quick to answer any questions we had. Internally the house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.

Liked the comfortable modern furniture and decor. Great having two adult bedrooms to choose from. One bed was softer. Perfect for me and my husband for this one week stay. Be prepared for a very high stairway to the bedrooms. Every room was well lit. Wish there had been any kind of instruction sheet for using the microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Location was very quiet with zero street noise. Good location for exploring old York. The main level great room floor and the bathroom floor are very cold. Must be unheated space underneath area. Temps were below average for early June.

This accommodation was stunning! Very centrally located within easy walk from station and all tourist attractions, but in a quiet court. It was beautifully decorated, very spacious and had all the amenities we required. Luxury accommodation at a very reasonable cost!
