This is a wonderful property and we have visited several times. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is conveniently at this one location. Staff is always wonderful. We will be visiting again.
They usually have very clean rooms but this last time, the cleanliness did not seem up to par. When unfolding the sofa bed, we found bits of grass all over the mattress and golf tees between the couch cushions. The bathroom floors left our white towels brown and there was lotion on the bathroom counter on arrival. This is not our usual experience.

Right on beach
Breakfast wasn't a good as it needs to be for $35 a person.

Awesome beach access and location. Loved the breakfast buffet & options. Room were spacious with quality decor. Staff was polite, friendly and responsive. See service comments.
Not enough staff to clean rooms. Missed cleaning services. Not enough staff to manage breakfast food service. Eggs were overcooked for medium and omelet orders all four morning. Pictures below is no service for 2 adults after 2 days no service.
