Breakfast was great with eggs and omelettes made to order. Beautiful views when sitting outside to eat. Evening reception with drinks included was a great touch. Location of hotel was perfect-most things in walking distance and the Stockyards a short Uber ride away. Staff very nice (Debora from breakfast and bartender Eric also).
Room was not clean at all to my standards. I bring Clorox and Lysol wipes with me to wipe remotes etc and i used my entire packs of both wipes. Room was dusty; what looked like old blood dried around back side of toilet; doors had old food/drink splatters; curtains had unknown substance along with what appeared to be blood dried to them. Management did have housekeeping change the curtains for us and there were no signs of bugs/critters but the lack of cleanliness alone I would stay somewhere else for what I was paying I expected so much more.
