Pretty location. Very clean and attractive. Comfortable clean room.
It was interesting to have an Indian restaurant located in the lobby, open for business at lunchtime and dinner. Our pillows were not at all comfortable like we have been accustomed to. The toilet was not adult height, better suited to a small child. We have stayed here on previous 4 night trips and never had these issues.

The location was great, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The property has obviously changed management and the result is a definite decline in the care and offerings. As an example, they only offer Indian Cuisine for dinner at the restaurant, which is a disappointment for people that don’t appreciate that cuisine. We have stayed at this facility several times in the past and was instantly aware that the cleanliness has declined. The floors in our room were dirty in the corners and the sheets did not fit the bed. They kept slipping off the corners all through the night leaving us on a mattress pad that was not too clean. Unfortunately we will be forced to seek other accommodation the next time we visit Ft Collins.

Comfortable room, clean, but the bathroom was pretty small
Housekeeping did not refill the coffee pods, even on the day they actually did "housekeeping". Plus I was charged for 2 bottles of water that really should have been complimentary after staying three nights. Just another nuisance charge that these places are sticking us with nowadays. It was only 5$ but it was an insult.
