Hampton Inn by Hilton Irvine East - Lake Forest

It was everything I thought it would be plus more as I was very pleased with the TV channels we had access to. I was very pleased that I could watch 2 Hallmark channels. Usually, the available channels in hotel rooms are very limited and usually channels I are not interested in watching. Thank you for wonderful added convenience. I also was very pleased with the breakfast - A good choice of options, food was hot and very tasty and the Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely recommend your hotel to my family and friends.

Staff were all friendly. Room seemed newly renovated and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than we anticipated with plenty of choices.

Close proximity to shops and services. Staff very helpful and polite.

It’s looking a bit faded and well-worn in certain areas.

Location near relatives. Clean.

Bed linens don’t fit mattress and come off while in bed. I asked for ONE housekeeping service. Bed was changed, they took dirty towels but left no new towels. Left no toilet paper. Coffee “tray” never was serviced and had only decaf and no sugar or cream. Very poor housekeeping. Breakfast was OK. Convenient that it was offered.
