Very nice hotel with good installations and excellent staff. Very friendly and forthcoming. Breakfast a la carte not included with good options for all customers. Perfect location in downtown Yarmouth. I would recommend this hotel to friends visiting Yarmouth. Fantastic view from the window of our room.
The fitness room has the exercising machines a bit rusty. Otherwise everything was checking out OK.

Location was perfect to board the CAT Ferry the next morning. Hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly.
The facility in general is a little run-down. The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced, as we both rolled towards the middle during the night. Also trying to sit on the bed to watch TV resulted in the bed rolling away from the wall, as it was not attached to the head board. There is not enough parking for the capacity of the hotel.
