We loved it. The free hula shows right from our balcony, they sometimes had a performer for happy hour reception. Close to everything. We had a city view but they had a balcony in our hallway of the beautiful view of pool area/ beach which was a pretty nice surprise.
The shower. For some reason we couldn’t get it to the right temperature and the ice machine on our floor was out of service, but everything else was great.

location was excellent....easy to shop.... walk to restraurants...walk to the beach and the kids loved the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of options for our picky eaters
Housekeeping is not daily. We had to request removal of our trash due to 3 kids!! On our last day, one of the kids threw up on the bed. I requested a change of bedding, but they only brought the bedding and did not remake the bed.....we had to do it ourselves.

Close proximity to lots of things, does include breakfast, staff was friendly, provided a water refill station
Beds were uncomfortable, water never got hot in the shower it was lukewarm at best, shower towels were thin, power went out and stayed out for what felt like a couple of minutes before coming back on
