Rooms are spacious. Clean and quiet. Breakfast is great. Staff is very nice, competent and accommodating. Location perfect to get around the bay area - by car or Bart.
Parking is much too expensive.

Parking!! Not enough spaces in the hotel portion of the garage directions for parking elsewhere were not clearly explained and hard to locate when we had to find our car. Please include better directions or expand the hotels space . Your staff was accommodating when we spoke w them but it was apparent this is a common complaint they were well aware of. Fix it !!

Perfect location. Excellent staff. Wonderful bar and service.
Hotel parking is limited and tight. Had to park in neighboring public parking. Insufficient spaces for # of rooms. Charged extra for parking that was not high quality like the hotel.

It was convenient to where I needed to be
I usually like this hotel. But this time my door was damaged and I could see the floor on the other side. The noise level in the atrium can get loud, without a good closer on the room door, you can hear all the noise in your room. Which happened this time. The desk would only apologize .
