Location, close to the airport, free shuttle service. Staff was very friendly.
Hard to regulate the room tempature. Access and notice about restuarants nearby. Breakfast & lounge area not big enough when there is a large group involved. Only one elevator working.

Location, staff and amenities
It was fine. Just wasn’t able to extend initial 1 night reservation to 2, so I had to make a second reservation and technically/formally check-in and check-out but they let us remain in the same room and we didn’t use housekeeping services

Comfortable room. Good location for DCA.
Front desk staff on check in and check out were surly and unhelpful.
