Pillows, cleanliness and location. Great breakfast!
Check in and check out did not go smoothly. Cheap toilet paper. No hooks near shower to hang towels.

The scores I am giving you are for the Hampton Inn across the street. The reason I gave a medium review for Homewood Suites is because I didn't stay there. My confirmed reservation was cacelled by them 90 minutes before check in. They did move me across the street to the Hampton Inn but it was a single room instead of a suite. The staff there was great especially Gee who handled the complimentary breakfast. I have stayed at the Homewood Suites in Orland Park twice and loved it.
My reservation was cancelled by them 90 minutes before check in. I made the reservation 2 weeks earlier and it was all fine until the last minute. I had heatd from them the day before and they were looking forward to my arrival. I understand things can happen but ot was still very dissapointing.
