Location
TV wifi was iffy and the only 2 drawers in the room couldn't open bc the door stopped it.

On Saturday 10/17 night the evening staff found out it was my birthday. They were so nice they sang happy birthday to me. I wish I would have gotten their names.
The pillows on the bed are not comfortable. My back was hurting me from sleeping on basically flat pillows.

Friendly staff, great location to Central Park, fifth avenue and walking distance to other areas, also close to subway stations
Bathrooms a little dated, the lift took a while one of the days waiting for other floors

"The location was one of our favorite things about it. It was close to the subway, which made getting around the city easier, but we were also within walking distance of many of the attractions we want..."
