We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable for the five of us, and everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed the complimentary evening reception with snacks and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is convenient for the airport, but it is a little far from San Francisco’s main attractions. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and a great option for families or groups.

Very clean
Took forever to get the shuttle to pick us up at the airport and the driver 😒 well....the music he played was awful. Very loud and on top of that he sung out loud. Could not understand him at all. He had a very strong accent which was very hard to understand. Took us forever to realize we were at the hotel we needed off at and he was not polite about it at all. And told one of the ladies she should give him a tip for handling her luggage.

Even if the offered breakfast was the same, breakfast always helps. The indoor pool is nice, the rooms are very spacious everything smelled and looked clean.
When I checked in, I didn't get much help from the staff assisting me. I called front desk and hung up on me. Paid parking yet didn't have enough spaces for cars.
