A friendly welcome from all staff we met.
There was no lift at the property so carrying heavy suitcase upstairs was difficult.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet was wonderful.
No complaints

Conveniently located and very clean. The bed was comfortable.
The only downsides were the carpet (please update this and the wallpaper) and the onsite restaurant. Got the steak, which came out lukewarm. Staff made no attempt to rectify the situation. It was a $50 for lukewarm, tough steak and mashed potatoes (also barely warm).
