The place was very clean, staff were very nice, would go again!
There was no show door so the majority of the en suite bathroom got soaked

Location
There was no noticeable difference between the standard room and the next tier up. So the additional cost was not fair.

Nice property, a little away from town but a nearby tram was good. Was quiet.

The stuff is super nice and welcoming and so helpful
The balcony is such a bonus with a beautiful view
It’s not my first or second time in the grand it’s was my favorite hotel in Amsterdam
Unfortunately thorough the years - even take the same room every time
there’s no renovation, the room looks so Neglected
And the room was dirty - the floor felt like they didn’t wash it for weeks, the pillow of the bed had a An old bloodstained in one of them
We even find a new cigarette pack under the chair
