STAff helpful and professional. When requests were made, they were fulfilled quickly. The elevators were quick no matter which floor you were going to.
Paying for parking. If you come to a facility, you should not have to pay extra to park there. When you register, the amount advertised should be the amount you pay.

Options for food and quick service market. Appears clean and open-space.
Some finer details could be improved. For example the hinges on the cabinet for fridge could use replacement. The faucet handle in shower needs a tune up.

Great location across from Disney Springs
It’s kinda a pain getting in and out of self parking. And it’s $38 per night for self parking

Location
Lack of security especially in lifts as anyone could enter the hotel corridor.
Nightmare amount of extra conferences and I would not use this hotel again due to amount of non staying guests
