The room was fine and comfortable. The price was reasonable. The location was fairly close to the things that we wanted to do while in NOLA.
The TV remote did not work, and I asked for addtional wash clothes and never received them. Also, on the bill that was initially presented to me I was charged $100 for valet parking for 2 nights, but I did not even have a car. The hotel did reverse the charges after I told them.

The Pool. The staff were AMAZING and friendly. Front desk clerk made it so inviting from the moment we walked in. I really forgot his name but big African American man funny as all! Made my girls feel special and comfortable with ‘rock, paper, scissors’.
Valet or street parking. I’m not a valet person and just feel uncomfortable having others park my car.

It was comforting and clean
The location very hard to get out of our vehicle and get in without stopping traffic.
