Proximity to town facilities.
A bit older building. No locking door into the complex damaging rooms.

It was essy to find.
The room was a lot tinier and cramped than the pictures online indicated. The wifi was not secured. The hot tub was out of order. The room needs a good refresh - old and dated. Kept shoes on as it felt dirty.
